I love my baked oatmeal and orange juice for breakfast. Since I recently stopped eating eggs and diary, I've modified a recipe I found at Lynn's Kitchen Adventures. I use 1 tbsp of ground flax mixed with 3 tbsp water to replace each egg, and I unsweetened almond milk. I've also cut way back on the oil and sugar in the recipe just to make it a little healthier. It's yummy and satisfying and keeps me full all morning. My kids also love it, so I end up making a pan every couple of days.

This cape for Madeline is not flowery, but it does have pink! It is made following instructions in the Audrey Cape tutorial and using slippery lining fabric as the outside and soft fuzzy knit as the lining (so it would feel cozy). I attempted to use magnets as closures and it works - kind of. Stronger magnets would be better. The size was limited by my fabrics - a couple of inches longer would probably be better for Madeline - but this works.
